When job is complete and your laptop or desktop is fully tested - we return it to you at mutually agreed time and date. 

In most cases your equipment can be tested with spare storage devices, which we can connect. This way your date is completely "untouched" and your HDD/SSD drive is not even necessary for us to modify. This is entirely up to clients individual requirements if they wish their machine to be tested beyond their profile login.

In rare cases when motherboard has a firmware password, which is "synchronised" between storage device and motherboard it can be necessary to allow us access to your password.

Under NO circumstances we store any client's data as backups longer than 1 working day. Even this is happening only on pre-agreed basis if there is a necessary due to specifics of recovery job etc. We don't store client's data on any of our file servers. In case if some backups are required to be completed for storage replacement e.g when SSD/HDD installation with imaging task is performed - we only create an image to complete specific task.
